I am entirely straightย
Next, we had some statements, to which people agreed or disagreed. Firstly, there were four that were not particularly contentious between the parties, which were:
- While Salman Rushdie might have had the legal right to write The Satanic Verses, it was morally wrong to deliberately antagonise a religious minority
- Boris Johnson as PM with Home Sec Priti Patel is better than PM Truss with Suella Braverman as Home Sec
- We should continue to support Ukraine, even if it means higher inflation for much longer
- NIMBYism is a bigger problem in our country than either high taxes or wealth inequality
